TVS Motor Company makes the clutchless commuter Jive. It was created to simplify cycling in stop-and-go traffic. An analogue speedometer, gear indicator, and fuel gauge are all the Jive has. It has a fairing-integrated clear lens headlight. The Phoenix has a 110cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine with 8bhp and 8Nm and a four-speed gearbox. It claims 62kmpl fuel economy. The single downtube chassis incorporates front telescopic coil spring suspension and rear hydraulic twin shock absorbers with coil springs. Its 15-litre fuel tank has a 2.1-litre reserve. 1975mm long, 700mm wide, 1060mm high, and 1265mm wheelbase, the Phoenix 114kg and 165mm ground clearance.

The TVS JIVE is the best motorcycle because it does not have a clutch, it is simple to change gears, and it provides superior riding comfort.
