Royal Enfield Classic 500 Pegasus Features

Royal Enfield Classic 500 Pegasus

Royal Enfield makes a limited number of motorcycles called the Royal Enfield Classic 500 Pegasus. It is based on the Classic 500 model and has a unique military-style design that comes from the company's history of selling motorcycles to the British Army during World War II. It has a single-cylinder, air-cooled 499 cc engine and a 5-speed gearbox. Since only 1,000 were made, it is a very popular collector's item.

Max torque

The Royal Enfield Classic 500 Pegasus is powered by a single-cylinder, air-cooled, 499cc engine that can make up to 41.3 Nm of torque at 4000 RPM. A 5-speed gearbox sends this amount of torque to the back wheel. The engine's torque gives the bike a smooth and responsive power delivery, making it good for riding in both the city and on the highway.

The bike can go from 0 to 100 km/h in about 8 seconds and has a top speed of about 130 km/h. It gets about 27 to 30 km/l per litre of gas. It has a comfortable riding position, is light, and has a good power-to-weight ratio, which makes it a great motorcycle for touring and cruising around town. The suspension is also comfortable, with telescopic forks up front and twin gas-charged shock absorbers in the back.
