How Does BeepKart Approach Odometer Authenticity?
At BeepKart, we prioritize transparency and trust. While we make every effort to verify the authenticity of odometer readings, cases of discrepancies can occasionally occur, often due to reasons beyond our control, such as odometer damages or seller malpractice. In the event that you, as a customer, identify a discrepancy after purchasing a vehicle, we request that you provide official records (from an Authorized Dealer/OEM) for our review within 3 days of vehicle delivery.
Upon verification of the claim, BeepKart may consider the return of the vehicle. This decision and the refund amount will be based upon the assessment of the vehicle’s condition and usage post-purchase, and will be at the sole discretion of BeepKart.
Any such claim has to be raised in the first 3 days of purchase with appropriate proofs from an Authorized Dealer/OEM. Any claims raised beyond the first 3 days of purchase will not be considered by BeepKart.

What is the time duration for RC transfer once the bike is booked?
The RC transfer of your two-wheeler can take around 60-90 working days.

- This timeline will begin from the 7th day post your purchase provided all the required documents have been received by then.
- The Registration Certificate (RC) transfer process is regulated by government rules. We have to follow the statutory process at local RTO office and that could be time consuming and slow moving. While most of the RC transfers are completed within 60-90 working days, some may get delayed due to issues beyond our control. We kindly request for your patience while we prioritize your request.

Once the payment is made, what is the estimated delivery time for the bike to be delivered?
