Bajaj's first motorcycle under its new "V" brand is the V15. The V15, which will be positioned between the Discover and Pulsar ranges, is marketed as a chic commuter. The metal from the INS Vikrant, India's first aircraft carrier, is what makes the V15 so intriguing. Bajaj has maintained a classic retro aesthetic in terms of design, which this market sector lacks. However, the Avenger will immediately come to mind upon first glimpse due to some design cues shared with the cruiser. A 150cc single-cylinder engine based on the Avenger's DTSi engine is provided for the Bajaj V15. It produces a max torque of 13Nm at 5500 rpm and 12bhp at 7500 rpm. The five-speed transmission that goes with this engine is used. A new model for 2019 named the "Power Up" has a universal shifting pattern and one more horsepower. With the addition of a "one down, four up" gearshift arrangement, it now has 13 horsepower. Dual springs support the 16-inch back tyre, while traditional 33mm telescopic front forks support the 18-inch front wheel. The brake system consists of a front 240mm disc brake and a rear 130mm drum brake. The V15 measures 2044mm in length, 780mm in width, and 1070mm in height. The bicycle weighs 135.5kg and has a wheelbase of 1355mm. The new V15 is only available from Bajaj Motorcycles in pearl white and ebony black. The Hero Achiever, Honda CB Unicorn, and Yamaha SZ-RR Version 2.0 are its rivals. Priced at roughly Rs 66,000, the V15

Bajaj V15 Features

Bajaj v15
The metal for the Bajaj V15 came from the INS Vikrant aircraft carrier, which was used in the 1971 war. The nameplate also comes from the INS Vikrant. This 150cc commuter bike from Bajaj has a new design that gives it a tough look. A new 149.5 cc, single-cylinder, four-stroke engine is used to make power. It puts out a good amount of power and torque. Note that the metal from the INS Vikrant is only used to make the fuel tank, which is also mentioned on the meaty tank. The bike isn't the best when it comes to features, but it works well.
Max torque
So, the new Bajaj V15 Power Up gets 13 PS (instead of 12 PS at 7,500 rpm) of maximum power at 8,000 rpm and 13 Nm of maximum torque at 6,000 rpm from its 149.53 cc, single-cylinder, 4-stroke, SOHC 2 valve, air cooled, DTS-i engine.
Performance
The Bajaj V15 is powered by a single-cylinder, 149.5cc engine that makes 12PS at 7500rpm and 12.7Nm at 5500rpm. Bajaj says that this motor, which is paired with a 5-speed transmission, helps the V15 get 55kmpl in the real world.

Bajaj V15 News

Is Bajaj V15 discontinued?
The Bajaj Auto V15, a high-end commuter motorcycle, was no longer manufactured. The motorcycle's maker decided to cease producing the V15 since it wasn't selling well enough in the nation. In 2016, Bajaj debuted the bike for the first time in the Indian market.

The rich history of India's first aircraft carrier, INS Vikrant, gave the Pune-based company that makes two-wheel vehicles ideas for the body of the Bajaj V15 Power Up. The product is a 150cc commuter motorcycle made from metal from the INS Vikrant. It fits between the Bajaj Discover 150 and the Bajaj Pulsar 150. The Bajaj V15 has a strong body that has the look of a daring café racer and the comfort of a modern cruiser. The front of the bike has a traditional, no-nonsense look, while the sides have tough-looking lines that flow together smoothly. The bike's stylish neo-retro design flows smoothly to the back, where a classy tail lamp unit completes the look. The commuter is powered by a 150cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder, DTS-i engine that makes 13PS of power at 8000rpm and 13Nm of torque at 6000rpm. The Bajaj V15 is said to have a mileage of 57kmpl, which is a good amount of power. The power goes to the back wheels through a 5-speed transmission with a one-down-four-up shift pattern. The V15 has a rear tyre unit that is sure-footed and a suspension system with telescopic forks up front and Nitrox twin shock absorbers in the back. This makes for a good riding experience. On the Bajaj V 150 cc, you can choose from 4 colours that are all very nice: Ocean Blue, Ebony Black, Pearl White, and Heroic Red. Bajaj has set the price of the V15 Power Up at Rs 66,739 (Ex-showroom) to compete with bikes like the Honda CB Unicorn 150 and the Hero Achiever 150.
